Enhancing Skills in Handblock Printing: A Specialized Workshop for PMKVY Trainers

Under the initiative of the Department of Skill Development, a one-day workshop on Handblock Printing was successfully conducted for PMKVY trainers at the Weavers Service Centre (WSC), Khanapara, Guwahati. The session provided an in-depth understanding of the traditional craft, combining both theoretical insights and hands-on training. Experienced faculty members and lab coordinators led the workshop, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and skill enhancement. This immersive learning experience enriched the trainers’ proficiency, equipping them with advanced techniques and practical expertise to further disseminate knowledge in the field of handblock printing.
