This job role plays major role right from the process beginning with strategic planning for order booking to final shipment.

Bamboo work artisans
Artisan under this job role prepare bamboo by performing various steps and using various methods to make a final prepared bamboo product.

Loin Loom Weaver
They weave various types of fabrics and artistic textiles by hand using a Loin Loom. A weaver can weave basic weaves- Plain and its variations, using different kinds of yarns- cotton/wool/silk on a fly-shuttle or throw-shuttle Loin Loom.

Jute Beaming Operator
The role of a Jute beaming operator is to produce a sized weaver’s beam containing a wrapped sheet of parallelized wrap yarns of jute from large number of individual spools, according to the number of jute warp yarns required in cloth as per quality and make the weavers beam ready with jute yarns of desired quality.

Assistant Packaging
Trainee under this job role is responsible for operating and carrying out all activities of the Packaging, giving due importance to safety and environmental aspects.
