On the occasion of World Social Work Day, a Cancer Awareness Programme was organized at the North Eastern Handicrafts and Handloom Development Corporation (NEHHDC), Bamunimaidan office. The session was conducted by officials from Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Hospital, aiming to educate participants on various aspects of cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle.

During the session, medical experts and healthcare professionals provided valuable insights into the significance of regular health check-ups, early diagnosis, and preventive measures to combat cancer effectively.
