MoU signed between NEHHDC and GJEPC

The exchange of the MoU between NEHHDC and GJEPC was done today, launching an extension centre for the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) Guwahati campus to implement the PM Vishwakarma (Goldsmith) initiative in the North East. The collaboration will provide specialized training and support to local jewellery artisans, creating new opportunities for growth.

The event was attended by notable officials, including Shri Debashish Biswas, CEO, IIGJ, Shri Siddharth Himmatsinghka, COO, GJEPC, Shri Kaushik Ghosh, Regional Director, GJEPC Eastern Region, Shri Koushik SV, Head of IIGJ Udupi, Shri Lokesh Kumar Parganiha, Deputy Director and HoD, MSME-DFO, Guwahati, and Shri Palash Bhowmick, Chief Manager, NSIC. Additionally, Shri Santanu Deka and Shri Bhaskar Kakoty from the IIE were present at the ceremony.
