Workshop training on "Capacity building of a handloom cluster" organised by NEHHDC at Bezera, Kamrup (Rural), Assam (India).

The workshop training on "Capacity building of a handloom cluster" was successfully completed by NEHHDC at Bezera, Kamrup (Rural) at   14, Patrapur LP School, Patrapur (Bezera) from 28th to 30th October 2021. The workshop was sponsored by UNDP and was arranged by channelizing partner Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Kamrup) and mobilizing partner, Sistykami farmers producer company ltd. The purpose of the workshop was to Awareness generation among the weavers about Design development and product diversification and strategies to produce exportable products, value chain development among the weavers for price setting, market linkage through North Eastern Handicrafts & Handlooms Development Corporation by both online and offline. The Handholding support to the cluster weavers will be delivered through NEHHDC Advisory and Consultancy Division.
