NEHHDC Signed a historic MoU with BTR Govt.

On the launch event of the Bodoland Sericulture Mission today, NEHHDC signed a historic MoU with BTR Govt. as an implementing partner where NEHHDC proposes to complement the Mission by  : 

-Establishing New Eri Spun Mill in Integrated Textile Park, Baska
- IOT device for 1500 weaver’s providing traceability and authenticity

-Market Yards for Cocoons with testing facilities on site at block level 
-MSP for Cocoon based on quality
-Block chain the entire value chain 
-GOTS certification / authorisation for Eri Cocoon being produced in BTR
-Categorisation of weaving clusters - local, domestic and export
-Branding, Labeling & Packaging
