Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme conducted at Sonapur College

NEHHDC successfully conducted a one day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at Sonapur College on 17th November,2023, dedicated to empowering students with knowledge and insights into entrepreneurship development. The event was graced by eminent speakers, Dr. Sriparna B. Baruah (Advisor,NEHHDC) and Dr. Devabrot Khanikar, Principal of Sonapur College. Their valuable contributions shed light on the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurship development and highlighted the collaborative efforts between Sonapur College and NEHHDC respectively. 

Adding to the richness of the program were distinguished guest faculty members, Shri Jiten Chandra Kalita, a retired Senior Faculty from the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, and Mr. Mrinmoy Pathak, a Chartered Accountant and Strategic Director at YouthCove Foundation. Their presence added a wealth of experience and knowledge to the event. Shri Jiten Chandra Kalita conducted an engaging session on 'Needs, Prospects, and Prospects of Entrepreneurship,' delving into the essential elements that aspiring entrepreneurs should consider. On the other hand, Mr. Mrinmoy Pathak led a session on 'Financial Approaches and Considerations for Entrepreneurs,' providing valuable insights into the financial aspects of entrepreneurial ventures.
Overall, the One Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at Sonapur College emerged as a pivotal platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship.
